All items are insured against loss during transit. If your parcel goes missing, let us know and we'll make an enquiry with the courier on your behalf. If the item can't be located, we will, of course, send you a full refund.
Standard courier insurance policies generally don't provide cover for damage to framed artwork, canvases, antiques or glass, so any refunds regarding damaged works are discretionary. If you would like to insure your item fully, we're happy to get some specialist quotes for you.
