We can ship globally and wooden cases are mandatory due to the extra delivery time required.
We want you to be entirely happy with our service and we do, of course, accept returns within 14 days of receipt. However, we ask that you cover the return shipping costs and pack the item properly in its original box. Any damages will need to be paid for.
Also, please look carefully at the photos and descriptions to avoid an extra journey for an antique piece. We're happy to supply videos and additional images to aid the decision-making process. Each piece has an accurate condition report and is in gallery condition unless otherwise stated.
As custodians of these beautiful works, we also reserve the right to decline orders from customers who we feel may be more likely to return a piece without due cause. We hope you can appreciate our passion for conservation.
