British artist, Edwin Moseley Fox was a specialist animal painter predominantly known for his charming depictions of horses, dogs and cattle. He hailed from Aston in Birmingham where it appears he spent the majority of his life.
Examples of his work are held by the National Trust at Wimpole Hall.
