Renwick, Lionel Hamilton (1917-2003)

Lionel Hamilton Renwick was a highly reputable painter of equestrian subjects and very rarely painted people. He’s most well known for the commissions he undertook for the Royal Family and several of his works have hung at Royal residences. His depiction of the Queen’s racehorse, Aureole, proudly hangs in Buckingham Palace.
