A beautiful early 20th-century drawing of a woman by French/American painter and illustrator, Willy Thiriar (1889-1965). This is a fine work with a gentle touch and a true appreciation of the subtle details.
Willy Thiriar lived in Brussels and worked during the early part of the 20th-century. Alongside his paintings and drawings, he also created illustrations and posters for films.
The drawing is signed in the lower right and held within a later frame.
