A beautiful turn of the century hand-coloured lithograph after a work by Franz Seraph Von Lenbach (1836-1904). It depicts the Australian dancer, Paulina Clarissa Molony (1878-1964), who was well-known for her Broadway performances.
The lithograph appears to have been produced around the same time as the original painting and it’s been hand-coloured in areas.
