A fine mid-20th-century portrait of a beautiful English foxhound with its distinctive floppy ears and thoughtful brown eyes. Foxhounds tend to be quite a vocal animal and are usually happiest when part of a large pack. It’s said that the initial development of the breed could date back to as early as the 13th century.
